Friendship Through the Eyes of a Child

IMG_7042

Below are some thoughts my daughter wanted to share with you about friendship and while she is very young, as I was reading over this I realized how applicable this is to all ages.  Enjoy!

Have you ever wondered if your friend is a true friend?

  • A true friend shows respect for others, not just you. Watch how your friend treats her brothers, sisters, or parents.
  • A true friend would always confess something they did, and would apologize right away.
  • They will never leave you out, or turn off like a light switch to you.
  • A true friend never asks you to change your true personality to become like them.

Be careful with who you spend the most time with. Spend most of your time with Godly friends and please make sure you are a true friend to others.
